10lbs. rice (long grain) Lee & Perrin Sauce
10lbs. sausage 10lbs. Pork Butts
10lbs. chicken (quartered & boned)
10lbs. onions (chopped) 1 bottle Kitchen Bouquet
1 bunch of celery (chopped) 3 cans Rotell tomatoes
