At Albany Plantation we’re committed to excellence, in all that we do. Bricks from the 18th century make up the walls of the cellar of the main house, the garsoniere, out building and walk ways. Much of the hardware on the doors and shutters was hand forged in the black smith shop on the plantation. Old world decor makes this New Orleans style courtyard with its plantation truly one of a kind, making your wedding experience both memorable and timeless. As you enter Albany Plantation you can’t help but admire our 200-year-old oaks as you cross the lagoon. The plantation venue is also geographically friendly to serve New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana areas, making the plantation a perfect venue for all your events. It is located one hour from New Orleans and 40 min from Baton Rouge. To find us, get on interstate I-12 and get off at the Albany exit (exit 32) and go north 5 miles and we are on the right. You will make no turns until reach the plantation.
